FACILITIES AND SERVICES
There is 2 MB Wi-Fi broadband in the house available in the dining room area. For security you will be given a full set of keys for all ‘necessary’ doors and windows on arrival and an additional master set is retained at all times by us. Rubbish is uplifted by the Local Council from the end of the access track to the house every Tuesday. Further and more detailed information is available in the house with regard to waste disposal. The heating is in the house is via storage and panel heaters and the living room/dining room multi fuel stove. Hot water is provided by an electric immersion tank.
The house has a phone line connection that allows for calls to be made and received but we would prefer that you do not use this as your primary form of communication and more as a backup for emergencies.
OUTSIDE SPACE AND PARKING
There is parking for up to three cars (or more if required). The house is set amidst crofting ground. Traffic accordingly is no issue for pets or young children and while the land is freely available for walking under the outdoor access code, we would ask you to respect that the grass in surrounding fields is largely grown and cropped from the beginning of May until the end of August. Well behaved dogs are welcome.
