BALINOE CAMPSITE DEPOSIT POLICY  – TERMS & CONDITIONS

Without a deposit in place, we regard you as not having a booking with us, unless we have a mutual agreement in place by letter or email, regarding payment conditions.

Payments taken in advance for bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions.

  • Once a payment has been sent and received the initial 20% is at all times non refundable.
  • Any remaining sum is subject to negotiation in the event of a change of plans by either party.

If a booking is paid for and cancellation is requested up to 8 weeks in advance then the remaining 80% of payment in full for the service requested is refundable.

If a booking is paid for and cancellation is requested up to 6 weeks in advance then the remaining 60% of payment in full for the service requested is refundable.

If a booking is paid for and cancellation is requested up to 4 weeks in advance then the remaining 40% of payment in full for the service requested is refundable.

If a booking is paid for and cancellation is requested up to 2 weeks in advance then the remaining 20% of payment in full for the service requested is refundable.

All refunds must be requested by email or written letter.
